1. Acceptance of terms

By using Clara Voice (claravoice.app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What Clara Voice provides

Clara Voice is an AI-powered speech writing tool. We use artificial intelligence to generate personalised speeches based on the information you provide. The speech is generated for your personal use.

3. Payment and refunds

Clara Voice charges a one-time fee of £4.99 per speech. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Due to the digital and instant nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once a speech has been generated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents speech delivery, contact us at admin@lokl.com.ai within 48 hours.

4. Intellectual property

The speech generated for you is yours to use freely — for personal, non-commercial purposes including delivery at weddings, funerals, graduations and similar events. You may not resell or redistribute speeches generated by Clara Voice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clara Voice to:

• Generate content that is hateful, threatening or illegal
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated bots or scrapers on the platform

6. Disclaimer

Clara Voice generates AI-assisted content. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every speech will meet your exact expectations. The speech is a starting point — we encourage you to personalise it further before delivery.

7. Limitation of liability

Clara Voice's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (£4.99). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
