1. Who we are

Clara Voice is operated in partnership with LOKL (lokl.com.ai). Our contact email is admin@lokl.com.ai.

2. What data we collect

When you use Clara Voice, we may collect:

Information you provide in the speech writing form (names, stories, memories)
Your email address when provided during payment
Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Basic usage data — pages visited, browser type, device type

3. How we use your data

To generate your personalised speech using AI
To process your payment via Stripe
To deliver your completed speech
To improve our service and fix technical issues

We do not use your personal stories or speech content for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than generating your speech.

4. AI processing

The content you provide is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your speech. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your speech answers longer than necessary to generate your speech.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. Clara Voice never stores your credit card details. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified — the highest level of payment security available. You can view Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Anthropic — for AI speech generation
Render — our hosting provider

7. Data retention

Speech content and answers are not retained after your speech is generated. Payment records are retained as required by law. You may request deletion of any personal data by emailing admin@lokl.com.ai.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data. Contact us at admin@lokl.com.ai to exercise any of these rights.

9. Cookies

Clara Voice uses minimal session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
